Fiona's work is a visceral response to landscapes, nature, and the environment, represented as fragments of memory. Working primarily on canvas and paper, she combines abstract marks with textural layers to create pieces filled with evocative energy. Her latest work, 'Songs of the Sea', is a small series on paper featuring tones of grey intersected with blue, grey, and brown. Each layer is dried, re-painted, and finished with creative rustic marks depicting a journey through fragmented landscapes and oceans.

 

Songs of the Sea, is an abstract representation of the pollution affecting coastal areas which endangers marine life and ecosystems.  Fiona's artwork is created using cruelty-free products.
